Are Rust and Zig actually bootstrapped?[edit]

Rust’s source code contains a lot of pre-generated source code, and zig-bootstrap straight-up contains a binary blob (WASM) for the Stage 1 Zig compiler. So these should be removed from this page since they aren’t bootstrapped.
